Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?

After placing your order, you can easily manage your order by logging into your account here. Once logged in, navigate to "Orders" under "My Account" to check the status of your order.

If the order status is "Confirmed", you can click on "Contact us" or reach out to us at contact_hk@bellanpal.com to request any changes or cancellations to your order.

If the order status is "On its way", you can start a return by clicking on "Request return".

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. You can check the status of your shipment after receiving the email by using the link provided.If you have registered an account with us, you can check the status of an ordered item in the “My Orders” menu. If you still have questions, you can Contact Support to our customer support team.


We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.


  • Gear that has been used, altered, washed, damaged, or is missing the original packaging is non-returnable. This includes gear that has been damaged by dog chewy.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of dog diapers, food, treats, supplements or carriers.
  • We cannot be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong product(s) or for any other reasons not related to quality problems. In such cases, you will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Please note, unless there is a product quality issue, all products are only allowed to be exchanged or returned once per each order. And we only accept returns / exchanges if the returned / exchanged Products do not belong to the "Exceptions” described above.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
