How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Gear that has been used, altered, washed, damaged, or is missing the original packaging is non-returnable. This includes gear that has been damaged by dog chewy.
